Dr. Tasha Mac, h.c.

also known as Coach Tasha Mac

Business Strategist. Systems Thinker. Identity Integration Scientist. Author. Speaker. Founder.

I lived what most people are trying to perform through.

People ask how a person ends up developing a body of work around identity.

The answer is that I lived the problem first and named it second.

Before I built the structure, I lived through the disruption.

Loss. Adversity. A health shift that changed the terms of my life.

Across more than 25 years in business strategy, systems analysis, finance, risk, leadership, training, and organizational operations, I worked inside complex environments where performance, regulation, human behavior, and organizational structure constantly intersected.

My work required me to identify patterns, strengthen systems, mitigate risk, improve processes, and recognize what was changing before failure became visible.

Over time, another question became harder to ignore.

Organizations could measure performance, compliance, productivity, and output while still missing what was changing inside the human beings responsible for producing those results.

Every external system is powered by human beings carrying internal systems.

What I kept seeing was this.

Organizations are often very good at measuring what people produce.

They are not always as good at recognizing what may be changing underneath the person producing it.

A team, department, agency, company, or institution can continue functioning while the people inside it are carrying disruption that has not yet become visible in the numbers.

When performance eventually changes, the visible outcome can become the focus while the earlier disruption remains unnamed.

That observation changed the direction of my work.

“What changed underneath?”

I documented what I kept seeing.

I documented cases, patterns, recurring disruptions, leadership dynamics, lived experiences, and the ways people continued functioning through significant internal change.

That documentation began long before I knew it would become an intellectual body of work.

Circles of Synergy™ became an early structure for observing the human experience across leadership, relationships, adversity, growth, and change.

Over time, the questions became more precise.

  1. 01What happens when identity is disrupted but performance continues?
  2. 02What allows a person to stabilize without simply returning to an old version of themselves?
  3. 03What makes transformation sustainable rather than temporary?

Those questions eventually became part of the foundation for Identity Integration Science™.

Originator of Identity Integration Science™.

Identity Integration Science™ is an emerging interdisciplinary body of work examining identity disruption, structural stabilization, integration, and sustainable human performance.

It developed from the intersection of lived experience, professional systems work, observation, research, and the recurring question beneath the visible outcome:

What changed underneath?

The work does not begin by asking how to push performance higher.

It begins by examining what may have changed inside the person who is still being asked to perform.

That distinction became central to the principle:

Stabilization precedes sustainable performance and transformation.

The work now has a public architecture.

I am not a clinician, and this is not therapy.

There is no diagnosis here.

This work is not medical treatment, mental health treatment, or a substitute for appropriate clinical care.

Identity Integration Science™ examines a different question: what may be happening structurally when disruption affects identity, internal continuity, and sustained performance.

Different disciplines address different parts of the human experience.

This work is designed to contribute another lens without replacing the expertise of clinicians, physicians, therapists, coaches, or other qualified professionals.

I meet people where many of them already are:

  • Working.
  • Leading.
  • Building.
  • Providing.
  • Still functioning.

No body of work develops in isolation.

Identity Integration Science™ emerged while I was examining questions that have existed across human development, leadership, transformation, psychology, nervous system regulation, grief, performance, and meaning.

The modern human potential and transformation movements helped expand the conversation about what people could become.

My work asks another question:

What allows change to endure without losing internal coherence?

That question matters because transformation is not only about becoming more.

Sometimes it requires understanding what changed, what can no longer carry us, and what must stabilize before something new can hold.

I lived the problem first and named it second.

I know what it means to remain functional while life has changed underneath you.

I also know what it means to discover that the skills that helped you survive one season are not automatically the structure required for the next one.

My story is part of this work, but it is not the entire work.

  • The lived experience created the questions.
  • The professional record gave me a systems lens.
  • The research and documentation gave the questions structure.

Identity Integration Science™ emerged from bringing those pieces into conversation with one another.

I work with the people who hold things together for everybody else.

  • Leaders.
  • High performers.
  • Builders.
  • Decision makers.

People carrying responsibility that does not disappear simply because something inside them has changed.

My work does not require someone to collapse before disruption becomes worthy of attention.

It begins earlier.

With awareness.

With the question underneath the visible outcome.

With the possibility that what looks like a performance issue may be asking for a different kind of examination.
